Better Hydration Starts With
Water They Want to Drink
Fresh, flowing water naturally encourages your dog to drink more often, supporting their energy, digestion and overall well-being.
Dogs instinctively notice moving water. Its movement and gentle sound create a more inviting drinking experience than an ordinary bowl of still water.
PureFlow brings that experience into your home with a continuous stream of fresh, filtered water available throughout the day.
THE HIDDEN PROBLEM WITH STILL WATER
Still Water Gets Dirty
Faster Than You Think
Ordinary water bowls quickly collect buildup from saliva, loose hair, food particles and stagnant water. Even with regular refills, the water can become cloudy, develop odors and leave a slimy film around the bowl.
Your dog may then be drinking water filled with debris, unwanted impurities and unpleasant tastes, making every visit to the bowl less inviting.
PureFlow combines continuous circulation, triple-layer filtration and stainless steel to create a cleaner, fresher everyday drinking station.

Any Questions We Haven't Answered?
What size should I get?
What size should I get?
Choose the 2.2L or 3.2L model for cats and small dogs. Choose the 7L model for large dogs, multi-pet households, or fewer refill checks.
The 2.2L fountain measures 18 × 18 × 10 cm. Please check the dimensions shown in the product images for the 3.2L and 7L models before ordering.
Wired or Wireless—which should I choose?
Wired or Wireless—which should I choose?
Choose Wired for continuous operation at a permanent drinking station near a suitable outlet. Choose Wireless when placement flexibility matters more. Wireless models have a visible black receiver/module at the outlet assembly; Wired models do not.
With typical motion-sensor use, the Wireless model runs for approximately 7–12 days per charge. Under lighter-use conditions, runtime may reach up to 30 days. Actual battery life varies with the selected flow mode, activation frequency, number of pets, and charging conditions.
Is it easy to set up?
Is it easy to set up?
Yes. Rinse the water-contact parts, assemble the fountain as shown in the included guide, fill it to the marked operating range, and start the flow according to your model’s instructions. Always confirm that the parts are seated securely before use.
How do I clean it?
How do I clean it?
Switch off or disconnect the fountain first. Remove the top and clean all water-contact surfaces, the intake area, and the pump components according to the care guide. Clean more frequently in multi-pet homes, during heavy shedding, or whenever fur, food, or buildup is visible. Filtration does not replace regular cleaning.
How often do the filters need replacing?
How often do the filters need replacing?
Check the filter every 2 weeks and replace it approximately every 4 weeks for normal household use. Replace it sooner in multi-pet homes, during heavy shedding, with harder water, or if the filter becomes heavily soiled or water flow drops. Under lighter-use conditions, a filter may last longer, but it should not be used for more than 8 weeks.
For easier upkeep, choose automatic filter delivery every 30 days. Filter subscriptions can be skipped, paused, or cancelled according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
What should I do if the pump or water flow stops?
What should I do if the pump or water flow stops?
Switch off or disconnect the fountain. Check that the water is above the minimum level, confirm that all parts are seated correctly, and inspect the intake, pump, and filter area for hair or debris. Clean and reassemble the unit before restarting it. Contact support if normal flow does not return.
Can I use tap water?
Can I use tap water?
Use water that is safe for your pet to drink. If your tap water has a strong taste, odor, or heavy mineral content, use the same pet-safe water you would normally serve in a bowl. Local water quality may also affect cleaning and filter replacement frequency.
Will my pet actually use it?
Will my pet actually use it?
Many pets are curious about moving water, but every pet is different. Place the fountain near their usual water area and allow them to investigate it without pressure. Keep a familiar water source available during the transition, and never restrict access to water while your pet is adapting.
Can multiple pets use it?
Can multiple pets use it?
Yes. The open drinking area can work well in shared households. For multiple pets or larger dogs, the 7L model provides a wider basin and more water on hand. Shared fountains should be checked, refilled, and cleaned more frequently.
Can my pet tip it over or make a mess?
Can my pet tip it over or make a mess?
Place the fountain on a stable, level, water-resistant surface where it cannot be pulled by the cable or bumped easily. No open fountain can guarantee a completely splash-free area, especially with enthusiastic drinkers, so use a suitable feeding mat if needed.
What’s in the box?
What’s in the box?
Contents depend on the selected size and power option. Check the variant-specific “What’s Included” list before ordering. Filter quantity, cable or charging components, cleaning accessories, and spare parts must match the final supplier packing list.
