Yes. This 6L single-bowl feeder is made for cats and dogs that eat compatible dry kibble. White and black have the same features. For pets on separate diets, use separate feeders.

Use dry kibble between 3 and 15 mm. Wet, raw and fresh food should be served separately.

Choose up to 15 meals per day and 1–99 portions per meal in the app. Each portion is approximately 7 g. Weigh a test serving with your kibble to set their daily amount, or serve an extra meal remotely with one tap.

Connect the feeder to your home Wi-Fi through the Pet Zero app for iOS or Android. It supports 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, with shared access for another phone. No app subscription is required.

Yes. The 1080p camera has infrared night vision and an adjustable lens. Two-way audio lets you speak and listen through the app. You can also record a 10-second call to play at mealtime.

It depends on your pet's daily serving size and the kibble you use. The 6L hopper gives you more space between refills, while the smoked finish makes the food level easy to check.

With four AA backup batteries installed, scheduled meals can continue. Camera access, app control and the recorded meal call resume when mains power returns. AA batteries are not included.

Unplug the feeder, then remove the stainless-steel bowl and hopper for washing. Dry the removable parts before reassembling, and wipe the electronic base with a damp cloth.

Yes. The open drinking area can work well in shared households. For multiple pets or larger dogs, the 7L model provides a wider basin and more water on hand. Shared fountains should be checked, refilled, and cleaned more frequently.

Place the fountain on a stable, level, water-resistant surface where it cannot be pulled by the cable or bumped easily. No open fountain can guarantee a completely splash-free area, especially with enthusiastic drinkers, so use a suitable feeding mat if needed.
