Damage and Replacement Coverage

Normal wear, chewing, scratching, misuse, incorrect sizing, improper adjustment, or damage caused by leaving a dog unattended are not manufacturing defects.

If the 90-Day Replacement Service appears in the original order, one eligible accidental-damage replacement may be available during the 90-day coverage period.

The service does not cover chewing, destructive pet behavior, loss, theft, intentional damage, incorrect sizing, cosmetic wear, or repeated claims.

Review the Optional Services & Protection Terms for complete coverage information.
