Order Processing and Delivery
- Order processing normally takes 1–3 business days.
- Standard U.S. delivery is typically 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking Has Not Updated
If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email support@petscarrier.com with your order number and tracking number.
Package Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Ask household members or neighbors.
- Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers scan packages before final delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
- Email us if the package remains missing.
Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection appears in your original order, additional assistance may be available for an eligible package that is lost, damaged during transit, confirmed delivered but not received, or stolen shortly after delivery.
For a delivered-but-not-received claim, wait 48 hours after the recorded delivery time before contacting us. The claim must be submitted no later than 7 days after the recorded delivery date.
