These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of petscarrier.com (the “Site”) and the purchase or use of products and services offered by PetsCarrier (“PetsCarrier,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). PetsCarrier is operated by Shenzhen Hilklo Technology Co., Ltd.
By visiting the Site, placing an order, creating an account, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products or services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through the Site.
You may not use the Site or our products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, or misuse our customer-service, replacement, return, or protection programs.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, measurements, photographs, availability, and pricing accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product updates may result in minor differences between the displayed product and the item received.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and measuring their dog before selecting a size. Product fit may vary depending on body shape, coat, weight distribution, and measurements.
3. Pet Safety
PetsCarrier products are intended to support supervised recreational use. A dog life jacket is not a substitute for active adult supervision, professional training, veterinary advice, or appropriate water-safety precautions.
Never leave a dog unattended in or near water. Inspect the product, buckles, straps, stitching, handle, flotation panels, and chin support before each use. Stop using the product if it is damaged, excessively worn, poorly fitted, or restricts normal breathing or movement.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate size, adjusting the product correctly, introducing the product gradually, and monitoring their dog during use.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. Payment processing is provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized payment providers.
6. Discounts, Bundles, and Gifts
Discounts, bundle prices, gifts, and promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be combined with other discount codes.
- Promotional gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift availability may be limited and substitutions of similar value may be made when necessary.
- Returning part of a qualifying bundle may change the discount applied to the remaining items.
- If a qualifying purchase is returned, any associated promotional gift must also be returned unused, or its stated value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
7. Optional Paid Services
We may offer optional services during product selection or checkout, including:
- Size & Style Fit Guarantee
- 90-Day Replacement Service
- Shipping Protection
- Optional accessories and promotional add-ons
Optional paid services are separate from the product price and standard shipping unless clearly identified as included free with a qualifying bundle. Customers may remove optional paid services before completing checkout.
The service selections included in an order will be shown in the cart, checkout, and order confirmation. Eligibility, coverage periods, exclusions, evidence requirements, and claim procedures are governed by our Optional Services & Protection Terms.
Optional services are not insurance unless expressly stated otherwise and are not a manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated U.S. delivery is generally 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, peak periods, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible return or exchange requests must generally be submitted within 30 days after the recorded delivery date.
For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, free from pet hair and odors, and in its original packaging. Dry indoor try-on for checking size and fit is permitted, but products used in water are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items must be reported with the order number and supporting photographs where applicable.

10. Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, repeated policy violations, unauthorized claims, or unlawful activity.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant PetsCarrier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted content in connection with operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.
We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, misleading, unrelated, or contains personal information.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, photographs, video, layout, and software—are owned by or licensed to PetsCarrier and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, terms, security, availability, or content.
14. Errors and Availability
Information on the Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other matters.
We may correct errors, update information, restrict quantities, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetsCarrier and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, products, or Services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PetsCarrier harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent misuse of our policies or service programs.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in that policy.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Continuing to use the Site after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, Optional Services & Protection Terms, and other policies displayed on the Site, constitute the agreement between you and PetsCarrier concerning the Services.
