For best results, replace the filter every 3–4 weeks. Homes with multiple pets, heavy shedders or frequent fountain use may need more frequent replacement.

These replacement filters are designed for PureFlow 4L and 7L pet water fountains. Select the correct fountain model before adding them to your cart.

The triple-layer system helps capture pet hair, food particles and everyday debris while activated carbon helps reduce unwanted tastes and odors.

Replace the filter if the water flow slows down, the filter looks discolored, debris remains in the drinking area or the water develops an unusual taste or odor.

Rinse the filter thoroughly under clean running water before placing it inside the fountain. This helps remove loose carbon dust created during shipping.

The filter can be rinsed to remove surface debris, but it should not be washed with soap or reused beyond its recommended replacement period.
