The 4L Wired fountain measures 23.5 cm (9.25 in) in diameter × 10 cm (4 in) high. The 7L Wired fountain measures 31.5 cm (12.5 in) in diameter × 12.5 cm (5 in) high. Measure your intended floor space before ordering.

Choose Wired for continuous operation at a permanent drinking station near a suitable outlet. Choose Wireless when placement flexibility matters more. Wireless models have a visible black receiver/module at the outlet assembly; Wired models do not.

With typical motion-sensor use, the Wireless model runs for approximately 7–12 days per charge. Under lighter-use conditions, runtime may reach up to 30 days. Actual battery life varies with the selected flow mode, activation frequency, number of pets, and charging conditions.

Yes. Rinse the water-contact parts, assemble the fountain as shown in the included guide, fill it to the marked operating range, and start the flow according to your model’s instructions. Always confirm that the parts are seated securely before use.

Switch off or disconnect the fountain first. Remove the top and clean all water-contact surfaces, the intake area, and the pump components according to the care guide. Clean more frequently in multi-pet homes, during heavy shedding, or whenever fur, food, or buildup is visible. Filtration does not replace regular cleaning.

Check the filter every 2 weeks and replace it approximately every 4 weeks for normal household use. Replace it sooner in multi-pet homes, during heavy shedding, with harder water, or if the filter becomes heavily soiled or water flow drops. Under lighter-use conditions, a filter may last longer, but it should not be used for more than 8 weeks.

For easier upkeep, choose automatic filter delivery every 30 days. Filter subscriptions can be skipped, paused, or cancelled according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.

Switch off or disconnect the fountain. Check that the water is above the minimum level, confirm that all parts are seated correctly, and inspect the intake, pump, and filter area for hair or debris. Clean and reassemble the unit before restarting it. Contact support if normal flow does not return.

Use water that is safe for your pet to drink. If your tap water has a strong taste, odor, or heavy mineral content, use the same pet-safe water you would normally serve in a bowl. Local water quality may also affect cleaning and filter replacement frequency.

Many pets are curious about moving water, but every pet is different. Place the fountain near their usual water area and allow them to investigate it without pressure. Keep a familiar water source available during the transition, and never restrict access to water while your pet is adapting.

Yes. The open drinking area can work well in shared households. For multiple pets or larger dogs, the 7L model provides a wider basin and more water on hand. Shared fountains should be checked, refilled, and cleaned more frequently.

Place the fountain on a stable, level, water-resistant surface where it cannot be pulled by the cable or bumped easily. No open fountain can guarantee a completely splash-free area, especially with enthusiastic drinkers, so use a suitable feeding mat if needed.
